Policy

Here is a layout explaining Anna Turner Talent Services' fees.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Anna via text or email ASAP!

For rescheduling and cancellations within the 12 hr or 24 hr notice,

Anna will send you the payment link fee directly!

Again, thank you for your time, patience, and commitment that go into every creative session put together to help your family thrive!

Within 12 Hour Notice

A 50% rescheduling/cancellation fee will apply.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to Anna's availability.

Within 24 Hour Notice

A 20% rescheduling/cancellation fee will apply.
Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to Anna's availability.

No Call, No Show!

A 100% cancellation fee will apply.

Private
Soccer Coaching

Coach Cancellations
If Anna ever needs to cancel due to illness, unsafe weather, or an unforeseen emergency, you will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time. Sessions will start and finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting next sessions. Any late arrivals will not extend the session unless requested.

Weather Policy
Outdoor sessions may be postponed due to unsafe conditions (lightning, heavy rain, poor field conditions, or hazardous air quality). In these cases, sessions will be rescheduled at no cost.

Babysitting

Sitter Cancellations
If Anna ever needs to cancel due to illness or an unforeseen emergency, you will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time if we are meeting somewhere other than your home. Sessions will start and finish at the scheduled time to avoid impacting next sessions. If Anna is running late, she will notify asap and agree on an extension if needed.
